As part of its team cohesion initiatives and its commitment to corporate social responsibility, Management Mobility Consulting recently organised a Climate Fresk workshop during one of its team-building activities.

This internationally recognised collaborative workshop aims to improve understanding of the mechanisms behind climate change and its environmental, economic and social impacts. Over several hours, MMC teams were invited to think collectively, exchange ideas and build a shared understanding of today’s climate challenges.

A collaborative, educational and unifying workshop

Based on scientific data from IPCC reports, the Climate Fresk offers a fun and accessible way to connect the causes and consequences of climate change. Working in small groups, employees collaborated to map the links between human activities, greenhouse gas emissions, global warming and their impacts on ecosystems and societies.

Beyond its educational value, the workshop was a genuine moment of exchange and team cohesion, fostering collective intelligence and meaningful dialogue around key global issues.
